One of the greatest experiences in my life was buying our first home with Thompson Realty Group. And part of that experience was making Mr. Thompson our realtor. Before him there were three other agents who didn’t seem to know the meaning of professionalism. As soon as we met with Thompson Realty Group I felt like we were on the right track. After a few weeks of traveling from Fresno to the Bay each weekend Mr. Thompson would drive us around in search for our new home. He would not only show us property but would also give us some insight on which part of town we were in And the things to do there. Even down to the good restaurants in the area. He asked what we were looking for in our first home and everything we mentioned he brought to the table. He had me sold on the first few houses we were shown but of course my wife had her own idea of perfection. And then he takes us to the place we finally decided to make our home. Sitting in our home, it still feels unreal its our home. My husband and I responded to an ad on Facebook Lisa Thompson posted. That was how we met Shonn and Lisa Thompson. Lisa pre-qualified my husband and I, then off we were looking for a home. Shonn had help me find 2 homes, my first home was in Pittsburg in 2005, my 2nd home he help me find 2019 is in Rio Vista my retirement home, I am so happy here in Rio Vista I would never through about moving to Rio Vista if it wasn't for Shonn. Also the paper work WOW so much but he was right there went I had question anytime of the day, the patience he had went I will ask the same question sometime he took his time to explain to me were I was able to understand. Shonn is the best of the best. We had very bad experience with our first realtor. Shonn was the second realtor we used. We did a research and found that Shonn has helped many people to buy/sale houses and he also has a good review from multiple website, So we know that we are in good hand. When we found the house we like, Shonn helped us go thru the process step by step. He was helping us to negotiate with the seller to bring the price down after the property apprised which save us thousands of purchased price. Without him, I don't think that we will get this house.
